All items from Tokki Handmade are custom-made to order. This means:

  • No pre-made stock – we begin crafting your item only after your order is placed.

  • Personalized quality – each item is unique and carefully crafted.

  • Premium craftsmanship – every product is made with skill, not mass-produced.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Handling: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Crafting Time: 5–7 business days depending on the product complexity

Once the item is complete, we will proceed with shipping.

5. Shipping Rates

USA, Canada, UK, and Australia:

  • Fast Shipping: $27.95

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

All Other International Countries:

  • Standard Shipping: $14.95

  • Fast Shipping: $32.95

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100

6. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take 2–4 business days to appear in the courier’s system.

  • If tracking isn’t available right away, rest assured—it just means the courier hasn’t scanned it yet.

7. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Tokki Handmade is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to address errors

If the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have it resent.

🔄 If you request a change of address after dispatch, we cannot guarantee rerouting or reimbursement for lost packages.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to varying production times. In such cases, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers, and delivery times may differ.
